Good Monday Morning All! Before the storm gets going, we wanted to share a little laugh with you. But in all seriousness, be careful. Clearly, don't be on the roads during the storm. Plan for a long duration at home where you will be safe, warm and dry. Don't hit the road as soon as it stops snowing because there is going to be a lot of clean up to do.
We have all heard it before but, check on your neighbors, especially the elderly ones. If you are shoveling snow, take breaks, do a little at a time. Lift with the legs, don't fling the snow over your shoulder. Be sure to keep pipes clear of snow as well as fire hydrants. Of course check your emergency supplies such as batteries, flashlights, gas, medication, portable radios in case of power outages and emergenciens.
Since you will be home for a many hours in the storm if you should happen to think about your taxes and you have questions or you need someone to do them this year. You can still reach us. at 781-325-2972.
Also, here is something I found to be a good tip in case of ice.
